ENGHOLM Marcel: Marcel is an associate at Chaffetz Lindsey LLP in New York, where he focuses his practice in international arbitration and litigation matters in a variety of industries, including construction, energy, mining and reinsurance. Marcel is civil law and common law trained, and practiced law in Brazil before joining Chaffetz Lindsey in the U.S. He is actively involved with the intrantional arbitration community, and most recently sat as secretary of the New York International Arbitration Center’s Program Committee. He has published books, book chapters and articles in international arbitration. He holds an LL.B. from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo, a Master’s Degree from the University of Sao Paulo and an LL.M. from New York University.

FERRARI Anthony: he is a Senior Manager within the Valuations and Modelling practice at EY’s Montreal office. With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, he has focused entirely on valuations and damage quantifications for the past seven years. Anthony has led or taken part in many damage/loss quantification engagements involving among others, shareholder disputes, breach of contracts, post-transaction litigations and matrimonial cases. Anthony has been received as an expert witness before the Quebec Superior Court and before a private arbitration matter in Ontario.

HUBER Guillermina: is an international arbitration lawyer with dual qualifications in Argentina and in England & Wales (admission pending). She has over five years of experience advising clients in investment and commercial arbitration across the mining, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she has acted under ICSID, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules, and has served as tribunal secretary. Guillermina holds a JD from the University of Buenos Aires and an LLM from Sciences Po, Paris, and has worked with the London-based teams of White & Case, Three Crowns, and LALIVE.

LI Li: Ms. Li is a director in BRG Energy & Climate practice. She provides expertise in both dispute resolution and commercial advisory services. Ms. Li has provided expert analysis for over 37 international disputes concerning contracts, prices, markets, valuation, and damages quantification, including various natural gas and LNG price review and price disputes, international commercial and investment arbitration, and energy litigation matters under the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CPR, SIAC, and AAA rules. She also offers expertise in LNG sales and procurement strategy, financial valuation, economic modeling, transactions, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Her energy-sector experience includes areas of natural gas, LNG, pipelines, liquid fuels, petrochemical products, renewable energy and thermal generation, hydrogen, carbon markets, and climate change. Ms. Li is a CFA charter holder and has obtained CFA certificate in ESG Investing. She is also an accomplished valuation expert with a variety of experience throughout the energy value chain including LNG terminals, pipelines, thermal and renewable power generation, and Steam Methane Reforming for hydrogen production. Ms. Li holds MSc degrees in Finance and Applied Economics. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, with basic proficiency in Spanish

MARROQUÍN Ricardo: is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. His practice is focused on international dispute settlement. Ricardo has experience in international arbitration, conducted in accordance with a wide variety of rules. After completing his postgraduate studies in Geneve, Switzerland, Ricardo worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel in the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, after being awarded with the MIDS-PCA fellowship. During his time at the PCA, Ricardo had the opportunity to assist arbitral tribunals in numerous international arbitrations, both Investor-State and interstate.
Ricardo also has experience in judicial proceedings, especially in corporate disputes, civil and commercial proceedings, as well as in constitutional proceedings. He has also been involved in the development of legal strategies for obtaining urgent injunctive relief, in arbitral and judicial proceedings.

PISMENYUK Anton: is an Associate Director with BRG’s Energy & Climate practice and has over 15 years of investment banking and valuation experience. With a strong focus on executing complex transactions, he brings a wealth of experience in various areas, including equity and debt financings, sell-side and buy-side Mergers & Acquisitions / Acquisitions & Divestitures transactions, and financial recapitalization/restructuring mandates. He has worked with public and private companies in North America, as well as internationally. Over the course of his career, he has executed over $20 billion of advisory assignments and $50 billion of capital markets transactions in the energy space. His energy-industry expertise spans the upstream, midstream and oil field services sectors. Prior to BRG he worked at premier global energy investment banking firms such as Houlihan Lokey, Moelis & Company and Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Pismenyuk is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting, due diligence, M&A market analysis, in-depth valuation analysis, marketing strategy, deal structuring and negotiations. Mr. Pismenyuk’s recent experience includes the following dispute matters: ACICA Arbitration on GSA Breach of Contract (Ongoing) – collaborated with a team to prepare a detailed damages analysis and expert report for a commercial arbitration involving a breach of contract under a GSA between an oil and gas supermajor and a utility company. The analysis focused on quantifying damages resulting from the supplier’s under-delivery of natural gas, including the financial impact of procuring alternative gas supplies and the associated lost sales opportunities. Rebuttal of Damages in an Upstream Oil and Gas Bankruptcy (2024) – supported an expert in preparation of an expert report and arbitration testimony in a dispute related to alleged liability of an independent oil and gas reserves auditor in a company’s decision to drill offshore gas wells, related to the company’s subsequent bankruptcy. Arbitration Against a Law Firm in its Representation as M&A Counsel (2023) – analyzed financial position and expected performance of two U.S. companies acquiring renewable energy assets of a third party. M&A counsel is being sued for improperly representing its client during M&A transaction that ultimately led to a significant liability for one of the acquiring companies. Dakota Access Pipeline (2003) – supported an expert with an in-depth analysis in relation to forecasting economic impacts (GDP, jobs, labor income, royalties, and state tax revenues) associated with the pipeline’s operational activities along with its support of the upstream oil and gas industry. Mr. Pismenyuk earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and is fluent in Russian.

ZANOWSKA Alexandra: she is a dual-qualified attorney in New York and Poland with nearly eight years of experience in resolving disputes. She specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration. Aleksandra has represented multinational companies and individuals in arbitrations under institutional and ad hoc rules including ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, JAMS, PCC, and DIFC-LCIA Rules. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a law degree from Poland’s top law school, Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

ZELAYA Mauricio; is an accomplished economist experienced in econometrics and statistical modelling for both private and public sector clients. He specializes in the economics of innovation, industrial organization, and more generally, the application of economic theory to real business issues. His work in this area spans across numerous industries, from oil & gas and mining to finance, advance manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Dr. Zelaya is currently Partner and National Economics leader for Ernst and Young Canada based out of Toronto, where in addition to providing econometric and statistical modelling services, he also performs economic impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, market studies, and program analysis and design. He is also an active member in the academic community, concurrently lecturing economics and international business courses at the Schulich School of Business at York University.
