The Mauritius International Arbitration Centre (MIAC) invites you to join a hybrid seminar sharing insights on the steps of the arbitral process.

The discussion will be moderated by Anne-Sophie Jullienne (Barrister, Afralaw Chambers) with the participation of Emilie Gonin (Barrister, Brick Court Chambers), Louise Elmes (Partner, Keystone Law) and Shrivan Dabee (Executive, ENSafrica). The topics that will be discussed include: starting the arbitration, constitution of arbitral tribunal, case management conference and procedural orders, presentation of parties’ case, hearing, post hearing matters and costs.

The seminar will be followed by a networking cocktail for those attending in person. Attendance is free of charge.
