ARBinBRIEF – S02 Kick-off Event: Regional Diversity in International Arbitration: The way forward
On Wednesday 28 September, 3pm-4pm CET (online) the second kick-off event was dedicated to Regional Diversity in International Arbitration: The Way Forward. One of the principal aims of ARBinBRIEF is to provide visibility to, and to showcase, talented female arbitrators from across all major jurisdictions. In our kick off for Season 2, we wished to bring the issue of regional diversity front and center, to explore the reasons why regional diversity is essential for the long-term legitimacy of international arbitration and to examine concrete measures that can and should be implemented in order to ensure a better representation of all legal cultures on arbitral tribunals.
