LACIAC Live Debate – “This house believes that a valid exercise of the state’s ‘right to regulate’ should not trigger compensation to foreign investors”
Join us for the 9th edition of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (“LACIAC”) Live Debates (LLD 9). This edition will feature Aisha Abdallah (Partner, ALN Kenya, Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP) and Dr Obioma Ofoego (Senior Associate, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, Paris) as debaters and Ife Omotola (Senior Associate, ALN Nigeria, Aluko & Oyebode) as moderator.
