The motion for the third edition of LACIAC Live Debates is “Should awards annulled at the seat be enforced by courts of other jurisdictions?”. It will feature Prof. Horacio Grigera Naon (Proposition), Funke Adekoya, SAN (Opposition) and Pontian Okoli, PhD FHEA (Moderator).
