This two-day Forum aims to explore Japan’s evolving role in international arbitration, with emphasis on the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and Japan’s position in the global arbitration landscape.

The Forum brings in a diverse mix of legal practitioners, business representatives, and ADR / arbitration institution experts from both Japan and abroad.
