The 4th edition of Pakistan International Disputes Weekend (PIDW26) will take place on 12–13 December 2026 at the Islamabad Marriott Hotel, Pakistan, under the theme:

“Islamabad as a Seat.”

PIDW is an independent international platform bringing together members of the judiciary, leading arbitral institutions, international practitioners, corporate and government decision-makers, investors, project stakeholders and the wider disputes community.

This year’s conference will welcome The Honourable Mr Justice David Waksman, Judge of the High Court of England and Wales, as its International Judicial Keynote Speaker.

PIDW26 is being organised alongside distinguished co-hosts and institutional partners, including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Pakistan Branch, Society of Construction Law Pakistan, Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), No5 Barristers’ Chambers, and the Federal Ministry of Law and Justice.
