In this episode, we hosted Annette Magnusson and Sadaff Habib, with Dara Sahab moderating, to discuss climate change in international arbitration, particularly disputes arising out of climate change issues and how they can be resolved through arbitration. We also discuss climate conscious practices within inernational arbitration that we all can adopt to have a better and more positive impact on the environment.
