Wolf von Kumberg spent over 25 years as European Legal Director and Assistant General Counsel to Northrop Grumman Corporation a global aerospace/technology company, a qualified lawyer both in Canada and England. Wolf is a full-time arbitrator, certified CEDR mediator, an AAA Master Mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He served as the past Chair of the Board of Management of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), is currently a Director of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a Director of CEDR in London. 

Wendy Gonzales – Founder of CyberArb. Based in the Netherlands, she is a Spanish qualified lawyer and LL.M in International Business Law with a major in International Arbitration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. At present, she is getting certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She is Disputes and Litigation counsel as well as cybersecurity delegate for ASUS in AMETIC (National Association of Technology Companies) and serves on the board of the Moot Alumni Association. 

Damian Hickman is the CEO of The IDRC, which he founded in 1999. Prior to this, he was the Manager of The Fleet Arbitration Centre which he joined in 1994. Damian’s main responsibility is managing the centre and has been regularly consulted in the setting up of other dispute resolution centres around the world. Damian is a member of the International Arbitration Charity Ball Committee and Compere/Partner of Law Rocks! –  a charity fundraising battle of bands for international law firms. Damian is also a Governor of the Europa School, a bi-lingual free school in Oxfordshire.

Tony Gee, Security Consultant & Ethical Hacker, Pen Test Partners. For 15 years, Tony’s job has been either trying to break technology or defend it from attack from banks to mass transport systems.  He is an accomplished global speaker at technology and cybersecurity events including PCI events in Europe and Asia, at the SC Congress in London, ISACA CSX Europe, SANS Awareness Conference, WIRED Smarter, ENISA IoT Security Conference, technical conferences and to US Congress and the European Central Bank about how the underlying digital theories and systems which modern life relies on, are vulnerable to attack. 

Shobana Iyer (FCIArb) is practising barrister and arbitrator. She has experience in a variety of industry sectors including renewable energy, financial, retail, sports, creative and the TMT sectors. Shobana commonly deals with complex cases involving intellectual property, information technology, usually involving an international element and regularly deals with conflict of laws issues. Shobana sits on various committees dealing with the use of technology, including the SHERPA EU Project and is presently a Vice-Co-Chair of the Legal Services Committee, and IT Panel, for the Bar Council of England and Wales.
