On 17 July 2019, the first edition of the “Arbitrators Studio – Next Generation” took place. The event was organised by Paris Very Young Arbitration Practitioners, Delos-Y and August Debouzy. Participants were invited to meet Dr. Galina Zukova, Partner at Belot Malan & Associés and former counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The discussion was followed by a cocktail reception. The Arbitrators Studio – Next Generation aims to facilitate an open, intimate discussion between an up and coming arbitrator and the very young practitioners’ community.

On 9 May 2019, the first Delos-Y event in London took place as part of the London International Disputes Week (LIDW), in conjunction with CIARB YMG and Grant Thornton. This innovative event format gives the floor to a new generation of arbitration practitioners, typically referred to as ‘mid-levels’, encouraging them to share their experience and provide perspective on the early stages of a career in international arbitration to the youngest members of the community. On 11 October 2019, the first Delos-Y event in Geneva took place. This innovative event concept gives the floor to a new generation of arbitration practitioners, namely ‘mid-level’ associates. The event has been designed for master’s level students, interns and trainees who are considering a career in international arbitration, to give them the opportunity to meet with mid-level practitioners at some of the most prestigious practices, ranging from the large international firms to boutiques.
