ANG Tze Siong: He is an associate in A&O Singapore’s international arbitration team. He is qualified in Singapore and England & Wales. Tze Siong has represented clients in various international commercial arbitrations involving the energy, telecommunications, financial, intellectual property and private equity sectors, under various rules including the SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and AAA rules. He also regularly advises clients in respect of their investment treaty rights and protections. Before joining A&O, Tze Siong clerked for the Supreme Court of Singapore under both High Court and Court of Appeal judges. Tze Siong graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours and has an LLM from New York University. Follow on LinkedIn.
CHOI Joonhak: He is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice where he focuses on international commercial and international investment treaty arbitration. He has represented clients in complex international disputes under various arbitral rules (including the ICC, SIAC, KCAB, and UNCITRAL rules). His experience spans a broad range of fields, including energy, construction, insurance, private equity, distributorship and pharmaceuticals. Joonhak received his J.D. from Seoul National University, School of Law and his undergraduate degree in economics also from Seoul National University. DEMAUREX Simon: He is an Associate in Schellenberg Wittmer's International Arbitration Group in Geneva. Simon is specialized in international commercial and investment arbitration. He has advised and represented clients before international arbitral tribunals in a broad range of disputes, as well as in enforcement and commercial litigation proceedings before the Swiss courts. JAMES Rebecca: she is a Managing Associate in Linklaters' dispute resolution team in London, specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration and international law. She has considerable experience representing clients in investment arbitrations, international commercial arbitrations (arising under most of the major institutional rules and in ad hoc arbitrations) and cross-border litigation in the UK courts, and providing strategic advice on foreign proceedings, across a wide range of sectors and regions. She also has experience advising clients on boundary issues, law of the sea, international trade law and sanctions. Rebecca is dual-qualified in Victoria, Australia and England & Wales, and has co-lectured at Queen Mary University of London in investment arbitration and international law. KESHAVMURTHY Pushkar: He is a Case Manager at the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA). He is an Indian qualified Advocate and an accredited Commercial Mediator. Prior to joining the MCIA, he represented clients before various courts and tribunals in disputes arising from diverse sectors. KIM Byung Chul: he is an Attorney at KL Partners in Seoul, specializing in international dispute resolution. His practice spans across investment treaty disputes, claims arising from infrastructure and construction projects and concessions, and post-M&A and shareholder disputes. He is qualified to practice law in the Republic of Korea and has previously worked for a global asset management firm. Byung received his B.A. and J.D. from Seoul National University. MALIK Fatima: She is a dual-qualified lawyer. She is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, and Solicitor of England & Wales. Ms. Malik started her career working on civil and constitutional litigation in Pakistan with Mr. Raza Kazim, ASC. Currently, she is a senior associate at Bhandari Naqvi Riaz and works on both, contentious and non-contentious matters. Prior to joining BNR, Ms. Malik worked in London for with Addleshaw Goddard LLP in London focusing on high-value complex arbitrations. Her experience includes representing the Government of Pakistan in an investment arbitration brought under the OIC Investment Agreement and an ICC arbitration defending a global oil and gas company in a contractual dispute. At present she is serving as the Secretary of the International Law Association (Pakistan Chapter), Assistant Editor at Delos GAP, and an active member of the Arbitral Women (UK), Young ICCA, and Women in Law (Pakistan). OH Sophie:: She is a foreign attorney at Peter & Kim’s Seoul Office qualified to practice in the State of New York. Sophie has acted as counsel in a range of international arbitration cases under the auspices of ICC, ICSID, KCAB and SIAC, and has experience in advising clients from broad range of industries in relation to cross-border disputes. Prior to joining Peter & Kim, Sophie worked as foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee’s international arbitration team. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. TAN Kai Yun: She is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice at WongPartnership LLP. Her main areas of practice are restructuring and insolvency, commercial litigation and international arbitration, and shipping and maritime law. On the restructuring and insolvency front, Kai Yun acts for corporate debtors, creditors, turnaround professionals, and investors. Apart from her primary focus in restructuring and insolvency, and commercial litigation and arbitration, Kai Yun also has a specialist practice in shipping and maritime law. She has acted for bank creditors, ship owners, charterers, shipyards, offshore oil and gas companies in a variety of matters, including the enforcement against vessels, the sale and purchase of vessels, sale-and-leaseback agreements, charter agreements and shipbuilding contracts, vessel arrests, and documentary credit disputes. TATTERSALL Luke: He specialises in international arbitration and litigation with expertise in public international law, including investment treaty arbitration. He has acted in proceedings under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, PCA and LCIA rules, along with arbitration related court applications in the UK and overseas and has appeared before the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. ZEHRA Nehan: She is a Senior Associate at Raja Mohammed Akram & Co. (Lahore, Pakistan). Qualified as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan, Nehan specializes in a broad range of transactional work, corporate advisory matters, and regulatory affairs. Her corporate and litigation practice spans mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international arbitrations, project finance, energy, constitutional, and environmental law. Nehan has played an instrumental role in international arbitrations at LCIA and ICC. Nehan holds a B.A.- LL.B. (Honors) degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). ZHANG YiKang: He is an Associate at Three Crowns LLP in Singapore and London who specializes in international commercial and investment treaty disputes. His experience spans matters in a range of sectors, including energy, corporate joint-ventures and financial services, and under various institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. He has also acted as tribunal secretary in several arbitrations and represented clients in set-aside proceedings before the English High Court.
