The Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration and Withers are pleased to host a discussion on the intersection between human rights and international (commercial and investment-treaty) arbitration, with also a focus on ESG and business and human rights disputes, on the occasion of the Italian Arbitration Day.
