Welcome to the Delos Events Calendar. We gather events, such as seminars, webinars, lectures, workshops and more all related to our field of International Arbitration. 
If you or your organisation would like us to publish your event in this calendar, simply follow the instructions.

We will be happy to hear from you and spread the word about your arbitration events!

Instructions


Please email us the following details to submit your event:

  1. Event Title

    • The title of your event.

  2. Event Description

    • A detailed description of your event, including the programme, speaker bios, and any other relevant information. If you have a flyer image, we will ask for it later.

  3. Date and Time

    • The date and time of your event in CET (e.g., Paris, Geneva).

    • Include the approximate end time.

    • Important: In your email, include the local time zone for your event and the corresponding time in CET.
      Example: If your event in São Paulo is from 9.30am to 11am, write "BRT 9.30am-11am" in the email.

  4. Hourly Schedule (if applicable)

    • If your event spans multiple days, please provide the schedule.

  5. Event Location

    • The location of your event (physical or virtual).

    • If your event is online, just state "Online."

    • For physical locations, include the name of the venue and the address (e.g., "ABCD LLP, 18 EFG Street, Dubai, UAE").

  6. Event Organizer

    • The name of the event organizer(s).

    • If your organizer is not in our list, please provide their details and any logo (preferably small, square, under 300KB).

  7. Notes to Reviewer

    • Any additional information you'd like us to consider (e.g., urgency, special requests, or anything else important for the event review).

  8. Your Contact Information

      • Provide your contact details (email address, phone number, etc.) so we can reach you if necessary.

  9. Event Links

    • Provide the link or email address where participants can register or find more information about your event (e.g., “More Info” or “Registration”).

  10. Event Cost

    • Specify if your event is free or paid, and include the cost details.

    • If there are different prices for members or non-members, please mention that in the email as well.

  11. Featured Image

    • If you have a flyer or image for the event, please email it to us (preferably landscape format).

  12. Event Categories

    • Mention any relevant categories that your event falls under to help attendees find it more easily.

  13. Tags

    • Add any relevant tags (e.g., "arbitration," "conflicts of interest," "IBA Guidelines").


Once you have all this information, please email it to us at EVENTS@DELOSDR.ORG. We will review your event and get back to you, usually within a few days. Thank you!
