The Vienna Arbitration Days will take place on 7 and 8 June 2024!

This year’s of the conference is “ROCK ME ARBITRATION – TUNE IN TO A NEW BEAT!” The world is turning faster and the legal profession is too. Let’s take a moment together and consider the multi-faceted impacts of #ESG, #HumanRights, #Sustainability, #GreenTransition, #SupplyChainManagement, #Sanctions, #AI and #Ethics on our profession and the international dispute resolution community at large.

The conference will be opened with the Keynote Speech by Sophie Lamb KC on “Arbitration and ESG: The Inflection Point”.

The first panel will reflect on how the introduction of the “human rights factor” at international policy level continues to shape international dispute resolution. The second panel will get to the bottom of the legal tool-box and highlight the relevance of established concepts when it comes to navigating the evolving landscape of arbitration. Finally, the last panel will address fresh perspectives on the use of AI in international arbitration proceedings, including practical, technical and ethical aspects.

The optional social program on Friday evening will be kicked off with a cocktail reception and include a three-course gala dinner at Vienna’s beautiful Motto am Fluss followed by a DJ and dancing.
