The second edition of the Allen & Overy-NLU, Jodhpur International Deal Negotiation Competition, 2024, will be hosted from February 16-18, 2024, at National Law University, Jodhpur, a premier law school in Rajasthan, India. Deal Negotiation is a novel format of an alternative dispute resolution, in that it focuses on real-life simulations of deal negotiations, a relevant skill to nurture in the growing corporate legal profession. Twenty-eight teams from India and abroad will arrive at the Blue City, prepared to negotiate the best deals for their sides; they will also spend time interacting with one another, as well as their illustrious judges over several social and networking events.
