The Paris Arbitration Centre by Delos (PAC) brings to you a full-service offering for all of your arbitration and mediation hearing needs, in Paris and remotely.

PAC will open in February 2024 a new hearing centre in Paris, designed by practitioners for practitioners. Situated in the heart of Paris at 92 rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris, this world-class facility will feature 4 hearing rooms and 12 breakout rooms, all fully-equipped and on the same floor, such that it can host the entire range of small procedural meetings and mediations through to large 100-person proceedings simultaneously.

The centre benefits from lots of natural daylight, 3m-high ceilings and wide, 8m-deep hearing rooms. They can be configured in either a traditional horseshoe shape (i.e. 'U-shape') or court room style as required. The centre will also include all of the audio and visual requirements and hybrid functionality expected in modern hearings, translator booths, an arbitrator lounge and visiting office space, and serve too as a community hub for arbitration events.

PAC can further arrange live broadcasts, court reporting services, electronic presentation of evidence (EPE), hybrid setups (with part of the hearing held remotely) and assist with securing interpreters, on request.

The premises, in an historical 19th century building, are centrally located, easily accessible, with a stellar hotel, café and restaurant scene on the doorstep.

Hearing enquiries: PAC welcomes hearings at its new premises from 15 February 2024 onwards. Prior to that, it will be arranging hearings at its temporary facilities at Espace Hamelin.

Such hearings do not have one main physical venue standing as the hearing centre. Instead, participants connect remotely from several locations.

This is a cloud-based comprehensive audio/video-conferencing solution, including secure break-out rooms, virtual venue locking, private chat functionality and screen-sharing. As part of the service we will accompany you on setup, testing and managing the virtual hearing venue during the hearing.

For a smooth experience, we offer you a choice of the most appropriate services for your hearing and make sure everything is set up and tested beforehand. We provide data privacy and security in a user-friendly manner. Furthermore, throughout the hearing, an operator is available to avoid the hearing participants getting distracted by the technology and to troubleshoot any issues.

Click here for guidance and resources on remote and virtual hearings; and let us know if the total amount in dispute for your matter is below EUR 5m (i.e. Tier 1 of the Delos Time and Costs Schedules), we will ensure reduced rates as part of our commitment to providing access to justice, which includes access to suitable and affordable facilities.
