On 21 February 2024 took place ARBinBRIEF Season 3 Episode 9  on the “Type of remedies: What’s new in ISDS?” on Zoom, and featured a discussion between the arbitrators Dyalá Jiménez and Claudia Frutos-Peterson, moderated by Estefanía Contreras.

ARBinBRIEF is a practical video guide on handpicked arbitration issues. The ARBinBRIEF series is divided into short episodes recorded live every 2 weeks. Each episode includes a 15-min live conversation between 2 arbitrators followed by a (non-recorded) Q&A session. The recorded episodes are then made available on the ARBinBRIEF YouTube channel and as a podcast in Spotify.
