Christina Charemi, is the founder and principal of E.N.C. She is a dual-qualified lawyer (England & Wales; United States, State Bar of California) with over a decade of international experience in energy, commodities, technology, and cross-border disputes. She has practised in leading global hubs including California, Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, and Geneva. She studied law at the University of Oxford (BA, Jurisprudence) and the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (LL.M., Law & Technology Cert). She regularly writes and speaks on law and innovation. Fluent in English, French, and Greek, Christina brings cross-cultural insight and a practical, international perspective to her work.
Louk Korovesis, is a Founding Partner at Corexus and a multilingual testifying delay expert and Chartered Mechanical Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction and consulting industries. He has been involved in a wide portfolio of construction disputes as a delay specialist, frequently instructed as the appointed expert, and has provided written and oral testimony in international arbitration, adjudication, and dispute board proceedings. Louk contributes a specialised course on cross-examination in arbitration proceedings to Paris II Panthéon-Assas’s international construction contracts programme, and speaks regularly at industry conferences including Paris Arbitration Week and GAR Live. Louk began his career as a construction and proposal engineer, gaining hands-on experience designing and erecting filters for power plants in Germany and performing biomass combustion analysis in China, before managing the delivery of a 350MWe power plant in Africa. Since moving into dispute resolution, he has advised on delay and disruption across power plants, waste-to-energy and processing facilities, oil & gas, infrastructure, marine, and hospital projects spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, North and Latin America. Recognised in the Lexology Index as a “Future Leader in Arbitration” from 2021 to 2025 and as a Global Elite Thought Leader in 2025, Louk has been described by clients as a “superb expert” who “presents complex issues with ease.” Louk holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering (Energy) from NTUA, an LLM in International Construction Contracts from Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and an International MBA from AUEB. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng, IMechE), a Certified Project Manager (APMP), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). He maintains close personal involvement at every stage of his analysis, producing detailed, clearly reasoned reports that translate technical complexity into findings legal teams and tribunals can rely on.
Françoise Lefevre, lawyer specialized in Arbitration and ADR. Françoise Lefèvre, is a specialist in national and international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional (ICC, UNICTRAL, LCIA, Cepani, NAI, etc.), as counsel and as arbitrator. She is also an accredited mediator and has extensive experience in white collar crime and investigations. She has been the worldwide litigation and arbitration head of Linklaters from 2007 to 2010, before chairing its global international arbitration practice until 2016 and retiring from Linklaters in 2021. She has an extensive experience in construction law, contract law, corporate disputes, regulatory investigations, white collar crime and banking law. Widely seen as one of the leading arbitration experts in Belgium, Françoise is regularly invited to discuss her practice at universities and seminars and has published many papers in this field.
