PRESS RELEASE OF 19 JUNE 2018
Delos is proud to announce the publication of its Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP). It is designed to assist in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with efficiently accessing key insights into a large range of jurisdictions, including for the purposes of negotiating the choice of arbitral seats and conducting arbitral proceedings in those jurisdictions. #DelosGAP
With contributions from 56 leading, reputed law firms from around the world (including three for the US) and the editorial support of close to 70 experienced young practitioners, the GAP covers 54 national jurisdictions. The GAP also innovates by providing a 10-point traffic light assessment of each jurisdiction. #ActivatingArbitration
The GAP will be maintained current of key developments. You can register here for dedicated GAP news, including updates and new chapters. #mindtheGAP
The GAP initiative is chaired by Professor Maxi Scherer and the late Professor David D Caron, and co-edited by Thomas Granier and Hafez R Virjee.
