India ADR Week 2025

The MCIA is an independent arbitral institution that is the result of a joint initiative between the international and domestic legal and business communities. The MCIA aims to bring international best practices to arbitration in India by providing professionally administered world class arbitration rules. In our effort to cement India’s position as an emerging jurisdiction for ADR, we are happy to announce the 5th edition of the India ADR Week. The ADR week is scheduled from 15th to 19th September 2025 in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, with 40 sessions spread across the week.
