ANNOUNCING THE NEW DELOS BOARD OF ADVISORS AND ACC GLOBAL

11 December 2024

Delos is proud to announce its new Board of Advisors and updated ACC Global.

This marks the institution’s first leadership handover, another milestone as it completes its 10th anniversary year.

The Board and global Arbitration Consultative Committee (ACC Global) are composed of leaders in international arbitration and dispute resolution and recognised industry experts listed below, who are all independent of Delos. The Board advises Delos on the full range of its activities, guides on strategy and provides feedback. The ACC Global keeps under critical review the Delos Rules of Arbitration, supports the institution with the administration of arbitrations, and provides subject-matter expertise and programme leadership.

In performing their roles, the Board and ACC Global seek to maintain the independence of the institution (established as a French law association) and uphold Delos’s core values: integrity, service-oriented and user-focused, excellence and proportionality, innovation, inclusion, and elegance.

Delos is also proud to introduce its new tagline.

For its first decade, the emphasis has been on ‘Activating Arbitration’. We were conveying both a spirit and a belief in the need for arbitrators to be proactive in the conduct of their cases. As we enter our second decade, we want to direct attention more closely at users’ needs and how we can address them. Our new tagline will be ‘Proportionate Arbitration’.
