DELOS Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP)

Delos GAP — the leading practical guide to arbitration seats worldwide

GAP JURISDICTION ANALYSIS

The GAP serves in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with efficiently accessing key insights into a large range of jurisdictions, whether as part of negotiating the choice of arbitral seats and or for the conduct of arbitral proceedings. The GAP was nominated for the 2019 GAR Award for Innovation.

Each chapter beings with tables adapted to the needs of in-house/corporate counsel and of arbitration practitioners for a quick overview of the arbitration legal regime of the jurisdiction, before going into more detailed analysis and concluding with a table on the local arbitration infrastructure.
