GAP JURISDICTION ANALYSIS
Each chapter begins with two standardised summaries, each of 1-3 pages. The first one is for in-house and corporate counsel and the second one for arbitration practitioners. The summaries are followed by a detailed analysis of about 10-15 pages. Chapters conclude with a one-page table on the arbitration infrastructure at the jurisdiction.
