A National Convening for the Next Generation of ADR Professionals Convened by ECADRN in collaboration with the Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI), the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at Cornell ILR School, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Virtual ADR Fair is a national online convening designed to introduce students, early-career professionals, and ADR practitioners to the broad landscape of ADR. The Fair will showcase organizations, academic programs, training providers, and professional associations from across the U.S., while creating meaningful opportunities for connection and professional engagement. This is an educational, mission-driven convening. The focus is on pipeline building, access, diversity, and workforce development in the ADR profession.  Register here.
