The Often Overlooked Value of African Seats for African-Chinese Disputes
African seats for Chinese-African disputes have been unfairly overlooked. The critics lament the perceived flaws of the African arbitration infrastructure, the inexperienced judiciary, and the low enforcement rate, amongst other disadvantages.
