PRESS RELEASE OF 13 JULY 2017 Delos launches today an international study to develop a Guide for in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners to arbitral seats around the world. As arbitration becomes more widespread, including in smaller contracts and among SMEs and start-ups, users without routine access to arbitration expertise need clear and reliable tools to select safe places of arbitration in an informed manner. The Guide will review the legal infrastructure and track record of a large number of potential places of arbitration.
