Paul Werné is CEO of Corail Consulting, a consultancy and training firm for investment, risk management, and the organisation and management of legal and compliance issues within larger groups. He has held various senior positions such as Group General Counsel to e+ (previously Etisalat), and General Counsel for the non-European operations for the Orange Group.

Ms. Kong was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from January 1, 2025. She is the Asia General Counsel of 3M Group and a member of the Global Business Counsel Operating Committee. She is a senior leader in the execution of strategies and key priorities of 3M Group across 12 jurisdictions in Asia and has broad experience across 3M Group’s Safety & Industrial Business, Transportation & Electronics Business, Enterprise Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety, since her joining 3M in 2020. Outside of 3M, Ms. Kong sits as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Singapore Post, a leading e-commerce logistics solutions provider and a blue-chip company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. She is also a Trustee of Cambridge Assessment Singapore, and a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust. Prior to 3M, Ms. Kong was an International Partner with Morgan Lewis Stamford and a Counsel with Clifford Chance, specializing in equity capital markets, public mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, funds, corporate governance, and securities regulation. She has experience advising on deals of an aggregate value exceeding $25 billion, and was noted in Chambers Asia, Legal 500, AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers, Lawyer Monthly and Acquisition International Legal, and was the youngest to be featured in Singapore Business Review’s inaugural list of “20 Most Influential 40 and Under Lawyers” and was also featured in Prestige Singapore’s list of “40 under 40”. Ms. Kong graduated with a Double First Class in Law from Cambridge University and holds an Executive MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD and Tsinghua University.

Dr. Sebastián Partida is Senior Counsel for EMEA and LATAM at Adobe, based in Paris, France. He brings extensive international experience from previous roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Bouygues Construction, and TotalEnergies, advising on complex matters across the technology, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Sebastián holds a PhD in Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, specializing in international arbitration. His practice covers a broad range of areas, including commercial and technology transactions, contract law, complex negotiations, litigation management, cross-border disputes, and international arbitration.

He is an active member of ICC France’s In-House Counsel Group and the Artificial Intelligence Scientific Committee of the French In-House Counsel Association (AFJE), where he contributes to thought leadership on the evolving role of corporate legal teams. In parallel, he teaches arbitration at the Paris Bar School (École du Barreau de Paris), sharing his expertise with future practitioners.

Dr Gregory Travaini is partnering with ENGIE Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) business re a breadth of legal matters globally incl. disputes, M&A, corporate, market conduct, financial regulation, market data, digital and ethics matters. Before joining ENGIE, he was supporting Amazon Retail Consumable Business re strategic expansion and evolving operations across Europe. Prior to joining Amazon, he was an attorney at Herbert Smith Freehills, regularly advising clients in cross-border disputes, acting for both private investors and State entities. He also acts as arbitrator. Before that, he was Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration where he was directly in charge of more than 150 cases mostly in Africa and Middle East. He regularly teaches and speaks at conferences on international dispute resolution and international law. He is a founding member of AfricArb, a thriving group of legal professionals actively participating in the further development of effective dispute resolution on the African continent. Gregory was awarded the King's College London Principal's Award and recognized several times by Who's Who Legal.

Murtaza Virani is the Chief Risk & Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the FINTX Group and has oversight of the Group's Compliance Function, including Financial Regulatory Compliance and evaluation and implementation of Policies and Procedures. Murtaza brings many years of extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries – both in Private Practice Law and In-House – having worked at major law firms, the e+ Group, and the Astra Tech Group.
