Their short bios are set out below.

Shaun Pereira is counsel in the Singapore office, has advised and represented States, State-owned entities and multinational corporations in disputes subject to arbitration under the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and AAA-ICDR rules in proceedings across the energy, construction, and financial services sectors.
He is listed in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, in which clients describe him as “impressive”, “outstanding”, and “up and coming”. He teaches as Adjunct Faculty at the Singapore Management University and has published on international arbitration in leading journals, including the Journal of International Arbitration, the Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly, and the Civil Justice Quarterly.
Shaun previously served in a judicial capacity as a magistrate and assistant registrar in the High Court of Singapore and the Singapore International Commercial Court. Before that, he clerked for the Chief Justice and Justices of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Vicky Zhao is currently a partner at JunHe LLP Beijing office. Before joining JunHe, Vicky had worked with a “magic circle” international law firm, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and other renowned Chinese law firms. During her time at SIAC, she administered more than 100 international commercial arbitrations.
Vicky is specialized in complex cross-border dispute resolution. She has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations under various arbitration rules, such as CIETAC, BAC, SIAC, ICC, HKIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She also represents clients in litigations and arbitration-related court proceedings before different levels of the Chinese courts. Her practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial dispute matters, such as private equity investment, M&A, corporate governance, joint venture, shareholder disputes, D&O liabilities, finance and securities, etc.
Vicky has been recognised as “Up and Coming” lawyer in the field of arbitration by both Chambers and Partners Global and Greater China in 2023, a “Next Generation Partner” by the Legal 500 in 2020 - 2023, and a “Future Star” in International Arbitration by the Benchmark Litigation China in 2021 - 2023.

Samantha Lord Hill is Counsel in the international arbitration team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, focusing on global projects disputes.
Samantha acts on commercial and construction arbitration mandates arising out of projects worldwide, particularly those in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. She has advised and appeared on behalf of clients in complex, high-value, international arbitrations under many of the major arbitration rules including ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, ICSID, DIAC, ADCCAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules, with a variety of seats. She also sits as arbitrator.
Samantha sits on the Editorial Board of the Center for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration Young Arbitrator's Group and the MENA Sub-Committee of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the International Bar Association, the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and Arbitral Women.
She is the co-author of the UAE chapter of the ICCA International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration, the UAE chapter of 'The International Application of FIDIC Contractors: A Practical Guide' and the Employer Claims chapter of 'Dealing with Delay and Disruption on Construction Projects'.
She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. She is also a Registered Foreign Legal Consultant in the State of California and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.
Samantha joined the firm in 2013 and has worked in the Dubai and London offices.
Raeesa is an Of Counsel based in the London office of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, specialising in International Arbitration and Construction.
Raeesa has a wide range of experience advising clients in the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors, from the provision of initial advice on claims under contract and throughout the dispute resolution process. Her practice focuses on high-value and complex international construction and engineering disputes, in both the public and private sector. Raeesa has experience of construction projects, involving renewable energy, gas power plants, LNG mega projects, vessels for offshore oil and gas, light rail terminals and railways, aircrafts and water treatment plants.
Raeesa has heavy involvement in both construction law academia and industry bodies in various jurisdictions. She is a senior fellow with the University of Melbourne Construction Law Masters, and is the co-editor of the Construction Law Quarterly. Raeesa also has regular speaking engagements with the International Construction Law Association and other construction industry associations. Raeesa has been awarded numerous awards and honours in the construction law field, including the Society of Construction Law Australia 2017 Brooking Prize for her co-authored entry on enforceability of time bars in construction contracts. In 2021, Raeesa was awarded Construction Lawyer of the year in the European Women in Construction and Engineering Awards, and in 2025 was awarded the Arbitration Rising Star of the Year at the Women in Business Law Awards (EMEA). Raeesa has been recognised for many years by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners (UK).
Raeesa has previously practised in both Australia and Germany with premier national law firms, where she was involved in complex international arbitration and construction disputes. Ms. Rawal received a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)/Bachelor of Laws (BCom/LLB) from Monash University, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia.

Camilla is a special counsel in the arbitration and public international law team of Withers in London.
Dual qualified as an Avvocato (Italy) and as a Solicitor Advocate (England & Wales), Camilla specialises in international arbitration (commercial and investment treaty) and public international law matters.
Before moving to London, she practised in Milan, Houston and New York, having developed an expertise in assisting clients from both civil and common law jurisdictions. She has represented individuals, companies, States and State-owned entities in international arbitrations across a range of sectors, including the apparel, aviation, energy, gambling, infrastructure, insurance, metal, oil & gas, and railway industries in different regions of the world, particularly the MENA region, CIS countries and Latin America. She has experience of international commercial and investment arbitrations under the auspices of the CAM, CIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules.
She is ranked as an "Associate to Watch" by Chambers 2023, 2024 (public international law), recommended lawyer in Legal 500 UK ("rising star" in public international law and international arbitration), 2023, 2024 Who's Who Legal - Global Elite Below 45; 2022, 2023 Best Lawyer "Ones to Watch" UK, and as a Who's Who Legal - Arbitration Future Leader (Non-Partner) since 2020.
Camilla is involved in arbitration associations and editorial boards. She served as Co-Chair of Young ICCA (2018-2020). She is the UK Coordinator of the Italian Arbitration Association AIA-Arbit below 40 and serves on the Executive Committee of the Rising Arbitration Initiative (RAI) and the Next Generation Committee of the Racial Equality for Arbitration Lawyers (REAL) group. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and is on the board of the American Review of International Arbitration at Columbia Law School, the Lexis PSL Arbitration Consulting Editorial Board, the Editorial Board of Brill Research Perspectives in International Investment Law and Arbitration. She is an Editor of Jus Mundi Wiki Notes on Investment Arbitration and is Conference Associate Editor of the Annual Juris Conference on Investment Treaty Arbitration.
She regularly speaks at major international arbitration conferences and lectures at the Catholic University of Milan (Master in International Business) on international arbitration and ADR.
Alastair Livesey is a Counsel and Solicitor-Advocate in the International Arbitration practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP in London.
Al acts as counsel in business-critical international commercial disputes across a variety of jurisdictions and industries. Al has acted for clients both in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, as well as complex multi-jurisdictional litigations, governed by a wide variety of national laws and most institutional rules. Al’s experience spans disputes relating to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, mining & natural resources, aviation & defence, major infrastructure projects, construction, telecommunications & technology, financial services and retail. He has trained several government departments on arbitration and international law investment protections.
Al has particular experience acting as counsel in international arbitrations arising out of situations of fraud, regulatory breaches and other compliance issues. To this end, Al draws on significant experience advising multi-national corporates on a range of board-room legal and compliance risks, including internal investigations and corporate governance issues.
Al has significant experience both in developed and emerging markets, having lived and worked in London, Paris, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Zurich and The Hague. Before moving into private practice, Al worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and for several law reform organisations. He currently sits on the Board of two renowned human rights organisations, JUSTICE and The Civil Liberties Trust, and has previously served on the board of Bail for Immigration Detainees. Al is Co-Chair of the Implementation Task Force for the Campaign for Greener Arbitration.
Al has undergraduate law degrees from the University of Oxford and University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Al obtained his LLM in International Dispute Resolution from the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London. He has further postgraduate qualifications from the University of Law in London, including higher rights of advocacy before the English courts.

Federico Campolieti es abogado por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Tiene un posgrado en derecho administrativo por la misma Universidad y un máster en derecho público por la Universidad de París I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
Es socio del departamento de arbitraje internacional de Bomchil. Ha asesorado y representado empresas y Estados en diferentes arbitrajes internacionales ante el CIADI, así como en diversos arbitrajes comerciales internacionales bajo diferentes reglas (ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL, etc.). También se ha desempeñado como árbitro en distintos arbitrajes internacionales bajo reglas ICC y UNCITRAL. Ha trabajado como asociado extranjero en Dechert LLP (París) durante los años 2013 y 2014, interviniendo en diversos arbitrajes de inversión.
Actualmente es miembro de la Corte Internacional de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional.
