Arbitrations under the DELOS Rules are administered independently of membership status.

Like other established arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and HKIAC, DELOS administers arbitrations under its own arbitration rules.

Parties may choose DELOS as the administering institution when drafting arbitration clauses for international contracts.
