PRESS RELEASE OF 21 NOVEMBER 2017
In July this year, Delos announced the launch of an international study to develop a Guide to Arbitration Places, known as the ‘GAP’. The Guide is designed to assist in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with efficiently accessing key insights into a large range of jurisdictions, including for the purposes of negotiating the choice of arbitral seats and conducting arbitral proceedings in those jurisdictions. The Guide will be published online in 2018 and made freely accessible. The initiative is chaired by Professors David D Caron and Maxi Scherer.
Delos is proud to announce the list of sixty-eight law firms contributing chapters to the Guide for the referenced jurisdictions (with links to their respective websites):
As announced, the study also involves experienced young international arbitration practitioners from around the world, who will be introduced in a week, on Tuesday 28 November 2017.
Lastly, the General Editors of the Guide are Thomas Granier and Hafez R. Virjee. They can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on this initiative.
