Delos is proud to bring you a versatile, physical hearing space in Paris, located in a quiet street between the Champs-Elysées and the Trocadéro (see map). Private parking is available.

We can accommodate physical or hybrid hearings for up to 20 - 36 people in accordance with prevailing pandemic guidelines (1.5m – 2m between participants) and up to 50/80 people during normal conditions (U-shape/court room layout). Multiple breakout rooms, an arbitrator lounge, arbitrator offices and private dining facilities or in-room dining are all available on demand in an exclusive relationship with Espace Hamelin, priced competitively for all of your international arbitration needs.

The Main Hearing Room benefits from natural light and overlooks a calm private garden. It can be configured in either a traditional horseshoe shape (i.e., 'U-shape') or court room style as required and can be equipped with an interpreters booth. All audio and visual requirements will be managed by a Delos-appointed Arbitration Coordinator before and during the hearing.

We also arrange court reporting services, electronic presentation of evidence (EPE), hybrid setups (with part of the hearing held remotely) and assist with securing interpreters, on request.

Delos was professional and responsive throughout when we urgently needed hearing space. Their active involvement and assistance allowed us to focus on our hearing preparation and on the needs of our client. Their pricing is competitive and their hearing rooms are ideally located (close to the Trocadero). I will definitely use Delos’s hearing centre again. – Shaparak Saleh, Partner, Teynier Pic (Paris)

We used Delos’ conciergerie services in December 2020 so that our hearing could be held in-person in a manner suitable to the Parties and the Tribunal in the midst of the pandemic. The hearing room was excellent, and Delos’ assistance in liaising with court reporters, technicians and the Tribunal in the weeks leading up to the hearing was invaluable. – Carole Sportes, Managing Partner, Squire Patton Boggs (Paris)
