DESCRIPTION:\nLACIAC recognises that negotiating and drafting commercial contracts alongside understanding the proper management and resolution of disputes is vital to any business that wishes to thrive in a costconscious and very competitive environment. Both legal professionals and business experts are required to be equipped with the necessary skills to effectively negotiate and draft contracts and recognise effective means of managing and resolving disputes.In light of this, LACIAC has organised a two-day training in collaboration with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah (Ghana) and BLC Robert & Associates (Mauritius).
