A member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, he has notably served as President of the London Court of International Arbitration, President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and a Vice-President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
