Let’s take a moment together and consider the multi-faceted impacts of #ESG, #HumanRights, #Sustainability, #GreenTransition, #SupplyChainManagement, #Sanctions, #AI and #Ethics on our profession and the international dispute resolution community at large.\nThe conference will be opened with the Keynote Speech by Sophie Lamb KC on “Arbitration and ESG: The Inflection Point”.\nThe first panel will reflect on how the introduction of the “human rights factor” at international policy level continues to shape international dispute resolution. The second panel will get to the bottom of the legal tool-box and highlight the relevance of established concepts when it comes to navigating the evolving landscape of arbitration. Finally, the last panel will address fresh perspectives on the use of AI in international arbitration proceedings, including practical, technical and ethical aspects.\nThe optional social program on Friday evening will be kicked off with a cocktail reception and include a three-course gala dinner at Vienna’s beautiful Motto am Fluss followed by a DJ and dancing.\nThe Arbitral Women Breakfast on Saturday offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and gain valuable insights over breakfast. Join us for a dynamic morning session of engaging discussions!\nOn Saturday after the tradtional World Café, which gives participants the opportunity to discuss various hot topics in relation to the conference topic, the “Chorus Juventus – Youth Choir of Vienna Boys’ Choir” will perform.
