DESCRIPTION:Join LACIAC for the 8th edition of the virtual LACIAC Live Debate (LLD) on 23 November 2023 at 3pm – 5:30pm West African Time. The previous editions have culminated in the upcoming LLD on the “Battle of the African Arbitration Seats”, coined the LACIAC ‘Mega LLD’.  The debate will comprise of arbitration practitioners from various African regions (West, East, South, Central and North-East), leading arguments on which African country is primed to be the next leading global seat of arbitration. The event will also include speeches by international arbitration experts from London and Paris, speaking on the distinguishing factors of these popular arbitration seats.\nThe event seeks to invite a global audience to consider the viability of African nations as an attractive seat of arbitration.
