SUMMARY:2022 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation
DESCRIPTION:The Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) and the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy (ACWH), National Taiwan University College of Law, jointly hosted the “2022 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation” on 5 October 2022 in Taipei, Taiwan. The theme of the conference is “Past, Present and Future of International Dispute Resolution: Pandemic, Digital Economy and Environment, Society, and Governance (ESG) as Examples”. Considering border restrictions and quarantine measures are still in place for the COVID pandemic, this year, we planned a hybrid conference. To ensure effective interaction between onsite and online participants, there were 3 sessions held on 5 October 2022 and each session lasted for 2 hours.\n
